Artist Description: I met a group of people from Orange County one summer on the set of a music video for charity. They invited me to Laguna Beach to hear music at the Hotel Laguna which appears in this painting. I fell in love with Laguna that day. This view is near a restaurant that I like to go to for breakfast. A dear person in my life at the time followed me while I took photos to be sure that I didn’t get hit by a car. I have had a long time fascination with the way laundry looks hanging on a line, or how people live in apartments and hang laundry on lines outside their windows. A couple years ago, a childhood friend contacted me about my paintings.
